About Me

TIG at its beginning is me: Göran Hielscher —a communicator and facilitator by heart with a knack for language and unsatiable curiosity. When working with you, whith my network, on a a new challenge that requires to question the status quo, The Inspiracy Group emerges.

What I adore is beauty and eros, speech clarity, and existence in diversity. I was an editorial manager, Senior Agile Transformation Coach, Speaker, Facilitator and organisational consultant. I am looking at things quite analytically, but transforming them pretty creatively.

When working with multinationals, corporates, SMEs, NGOs and cultural institutions, i primarily I help people, teams to flourish within organisations – regain creative confidence, increase innovation speed and clarify their communication to be heard and ahead an can speak of being well at work.

I collaborate with a network of experienced freelancers and business individuals with more than ten years of work experience each. As a systemic coach and consultant, I accomplished an online training course in openmjnd, earned a diploma degree in Society and Business Communications from the University Of Arts Berlin, did a one-year Design Thinking training at HPI D-School Berlin and a long time ago accomplished a three-year apprenticeship as a media designer who made me become a freelancer for Design and Copy to start with. Coursed on Communication, AI Literacy, Data Storytelling and Relationship Dynamics complete this always incomplete list.
